How long does installation normally take?
Our seat covers are easy to install. Most often it only takes less than 1 hour to install a pair of front seats. View our Seat Cover Installation Videos here
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
All our seat cover products are custom made to order to ensure a perfect fit, this means that each order will take about 1 to 3 weeks depending on the product and time of year. To get more specific times please contact us using the chat on the bottom right of your screen.
What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I upload photos?
Yes of course and we encourage it. Please use the upload image button on this page in the contact form or use this tool
Do your seat covers work with swivel seats?
Yes all our seat covers are compatible with Swivel seats.
Do you ship to my country?
Right now we only ship to the USA and Canada. Please inquire for a custom quote for international shipping as we may be able to facilitate that.
Are your seat covers compatible with Side Airbags?
Yes, all our seat covers will have a hidden cutout, or will have a special stitching designed to rip easily if the airbag were to deploy. All seat covers have been tested with real airbags to ensure they work properly in the case of an accident.
How do I wash my seat covers?
Most of our products can be hand washed with warm water and light soap. In some cases you can place them in a washing machine but please contact us to confirm if they are ok to place in a washing machine. Sheepskin is not recommended to be washed, instead you can purchase a specially made sheepskin cleaning product.
How do I change my shipping address?
Simply use the contact form to your right, and we can change your address for you. Please let us know as soon as possible as we cannot change the address once the product has been shipped.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once the item ships, we will email you a tracking number and you can track the progress from there.
