FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are your seat covers safe to use with Side Airbags?
Yes, all our seat covers will have a hidden cutout, or will have a special stitching designed to rip easily if the airbag were to deploy. All seat covers have been tested with real airbags to ensure they work properly in the case of an accident.
My Chevy Express is not at RV, will these still fit?
Yes, our business is dedicated to outfitting RV’s but if you have a Cargo or Passenger Express Van that is not an RV, the seat covers will still fit as they use the same seats.
Can I upload a photo of my seats?
Yes of course, please use our upload tool or click on the chat at the bottom right hand corner. We will take a look and let you know what seat cover options are available for your seats.
How long does installation normally take?
You can view our seat cover installation video to get an idea of the process. Typically all our seat covers only take under 1 hour to install.
Why should I buy from RVSeatcovers.com?
Fair question, our past customer have always appreciated the lengths we go to to make sure our seat covers will fit your exact seats. We do this by photo inspections for every seat cover order that we get. Why take a risk with another seat cover supplier, with us you’ll have confidence that you won’t need to return these due to non fitment.
Will I still be able to use my power seat controls?
Yes you will. We do not block any seat controls as the seat covers are designed to tuck into the side plastic panel on the outer part of the seat where the control usually are.
Is there an installation video I can see?
Yes we have a few. Here is one of an imitation leather seat cover installation.
Will I have to remove my seats in order to install these seat covers?
The answer is no. We’ve never had to remove the seats from a vehicle in order to install seat covers.
My seats have armrests on the seat, do I have to remove these for installation?
No you do not, our seat covers are designed so that you can install them without having to remove the armrest.
I have the latest 2025 Chevy Express, do you offer seat covers for it?
Yes, we already have the seat pattern for the 2025 models.

CHEVY EXPRESS SEATS WE CAN COVER

The above seats come from a 2020 Express.

We also cover seats with original leatherette upholstery
The Chevy Express family of vehicles has been a reliable choice for many years and continues to be a popular option in the RV industry. Known for its durability and versatility, the Chevy Express is the foundation for various RV models, including the Roadtrek 210, Pleasure-Way Lexor, Coachmen Galleria, Explorer Vans, American Coach Patriot, and other custom campervans crafted by top RV conversion van manufacturers.

This is a 2007 Roadtrek 210P Class B motorhome constructed on a Chevy Express chassis. I feel really fortunate to have found these folks. Roadtrek had these seats upholstered by a local shop in Canada when the rig was originally built. The local shop is now defunct so finding someone who could make really nice looking seat covers is a really big deal for me.
My driver's seat was wearing very thin, so I needed to do something. I think these are appropriate for a rig that's approaching 20 years and definitely improves the overall appearance quite a bit. Sinking $4K into this vehicle wouldn't have been worth it in my estimation.
They are "easy" to Install although I had to give some serious thought to where the various hooks needed to go. There's also a fair amount of laying on the floor to find some place under the seat to attach a hook. This is one of those projects where it takes three times longer to do it the first time.
One small issue is that the seat cover will cover up the lumbar support button. You can still operate the button through the cover easy enough.
This is their neosupreme fabric. One nice thing is both covers came with pouches on the back. They also come with covers for the amrests.
