Guaranteed Fitment Policy

In order to take advantage of our guaranteed fit policy we must see photos of your vehicle’s seats in order to confirm that they will match. There are 4 easy ways to submit photos:

1. Text them to 1-833-709-1888
2. Attach them when making the order (click on the photo submission link above the “add to cart” button
3. Use our seat cover photo upload tool
4. Use the chat icon on the bottom right of your screen to start a conversation with our seat cover specialists and submit photos that way

If photos have been submitted and reviewed and they still don’t fit when you try them on, simply contact us and we will facilitate an exchange for you at no cost to you.

Return Policy

All our seat covers are custom made to order, as a result, return requests for any reason will receive a refund, minus a 30% restocking fee, plus the two-way freight cost.  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and in the original shipping cartons.

If there is a defect or does not fit properly, in most cases we will take the non-fitting pieces and repair them at no charge to you, or at our discretion send you a new piece. We will require photos to verify any defects or non fitment issues. Please do not send your seat covers back without first contacting us. Return requests for defects must be made within 30 days of purchasing.

Color or Fabric Exchanges

If you have any concerns about color or fabric type, please contact us or request a complimentary fabric sample here, and we will do our best to ensure you receive the right product. 

If you are not happy with the color chosen we can facilitate an exchange but please note it will be subject to a 30% restock fee.

If you are uncertain about what you are ordering or have questions please call us before ordering and we will make sure we are getting you the correct product for your needs.

Our Warranty

All custom made seat covers come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Please accept our apologies! Damaged, missing or incorrect items will be replaced with the correct items shipped to you. Please contact us to get a new item. Please note: If damaged, or incorrect, you may be required to include a photo of the defective product for proof in order to replace the product.

Unsatisfied Customers

We’re sorry our product did not live up to your expectations. Please contact us and we can try to make it right by offering you some options.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations can be made within 24-48 hours of placing your order at no charge to you. If you received a tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to offer cancel your order at this point. Please wait until you receive your items and contact us to resolve your issue.
